We would like to thank you for your lovely catering!  I have no criticisms - only gratitude to you for doing such a good job.  It was "spot on"!  Just right for the occasion.

I particularly want to express our appreciation of the work done by your two waitresses.  They were throughout attentive without being intrusive: they passed around the food and served the tea to our guests at appropriate times; they refilled platters and did all the washing up.  I want too to compliment them on the way they left my kitchen spotless.  I could hardly believe that everything had been tidied up so quickly with a minimum of fuss, when, at the very beginning, every surface had been piled high with boxes and platters.

On a more personal note, I am curious to know who did the cooking and preparation, because it was home cooking (in the best sense) and not commercially produced.  I saw you piping the decoration onto the coffee walnut cakes (which incidentally were delicious) but do you do all your own cooking????  (PB: "Yes"!)

If we do have the good fortune to be able to celebrate again, we will know exactly where to go.​

Thank you so so much for my beautiful surprise BBQ... the most delicious food, divine salads and yummy desserts... you and your team were the perfect balance of wonderful service and great care & left everything spotless... how my husband and the kids kept this a secret I have no idea but hugely grateful they invited you into their subterfuge... thank you Penny.

Food is such an important part of any party, and for my 50th birthday Penny was recommended. We had to feed over 60 adults and 20 children! We chose the menus together and every detail was covered down to my colour scheme. The food was gorgeous and plentiful and presented beautifully. Her staff were attentive and full of smiles. I couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you...

We asked Penny Beral if she could arrange an Ascot picnic. Penny and I talked over a few ideas of what she could cook up to suit all the tastes and dietary requirement of those going and she came up with an amazing menu. There were 20 hungry mouths to feed on the day, but Penny had it all covered. We had a starter, main course, salads, pudding and to top it off afternoon tea with scones, jam & cream. Penny was amazing, she provided a wonderful picnic, did everything perfectly, tables and chairs set out, food set out and she even went on to walk around with a bottle of wine or water asking if everyone was OK. Penny you are amazing and I would recommended you every time. My sincere thanks .......let's not forget the "Goody Bags" for the coach trip. In a word "BRILLIANT".

Penny catered for our son’s barmitzvah in March 2013. She understood our needs and made excellent suggestions. The food was exquisite, the staff serving were attentive and everyone commented on how lovely the food was. We will be using her services again for our next family event and we have no hesitation in highly recommending her.

Penny provided me with hampers for my holiday cottages in the Peak District, for our Christmas and New Year guests.  I was able to choose from a selection of quality items, either made or sourced exclusively by Penny.  The contents of the hampers were presented beautifully and my guests were delighted.  I tried out some of the items myself and can vouch that Penny’s cooking is superb.  I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Wendy and I just wanted to thank you for the way contributed so much to the success of Richard and Julie’s wedding at Monkton Barn on Saturday.  Despite appalling weather, you and your industrious and happy team gave no hint that this was anything other than business as usual. You put on a seamless service and impressed our clients and their guests with the way you delivered their chosen menu.

 From our perspective as the venue-owners at Monkton, you and your team demonstrated a high degree of organisation and discipline and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.  From arriving in plenty of time, respecting the parking arrangements, setting-up an organised, neat and safe kitchen, being ready to serve on time, cooperating nicely with our bar personnel, then clearing away neatly, removing all food waste and rubbish and leaving the catering spaces and barn spotless.  We simply couldn't ask for greater cooperation and team spirit from any contractor. And throughout, you and your team remained positive, happy and perky to the end, which radiated throughout the event.

Thank you so much for making my party so special! We all had a fantastic time learning to cook. We all enjoyed it and it made a really fun change from the normal football parties. We all felt like young Jamie Olivers in our chefs hats and our mums are happy that we can now help cook!
