I will put together a package to suit you, from three main options.
Initial
advice session
A session of
typically 2-3 hours in which I will give you as much advice and
guidance as I can. We can discuss possible venues, themes or
styles of parties, and I can give you an idea of a typical budget.
You may be looking for a range of specialist suppliers, or want to
just check that nothing has been forgotten. I will be happy to
follow up with individual supplier short-listing and recommendations.
Price
for the Initial advice session: £75; follow up work by quotation.
Coordination
"on the day"
I will be at
the venue throughout the whole day, liaising with the hotel, venue or
caterer, the religious or civic authorities (if appropriate) and all
the other suppliers, to ensure that the day runs smoothly from
beginning to end. Even after you have left, I can arrange for
your flowers to go to the local hospital or home, take care of the
presents, even make sure your guests get home safely. Price:

Full
event planning and coordination
My full
planning and coordination service manages all aspects of the
preparation and planning of your event. This includes identifying and
short-listing a full range of suppliers, then briefing them, advising
you throughout, and full coordination on the day itself. I will often
be able to negotiate discounts for you, and these are all fully
passed on to you as I do not accept commission. Nothing
forgotten, nothing overlooked, nothing left to chance. You can
concentrate on your guests - and on enjoying yourself at your party! Price:
