An indication of costs

Every party is different and I will always quote you personally, but it may be helpful to have a guide to the prices you can expect to pay per head:

	Halls and Venues	Private homes
Buffet	from £26.00	from £22.50
Silver Service function	from £31.00	from £28.50
Canapés reception	from £20.00
Afternoon Tea	from £12.50
Finger buffet / kiddush	from £7.50
Pre-dinner canapés (extra)	from £4.75

The waiting staff you need, the hire of crockery and cutlery, tables, chairs, linen and napkins will depend on the type of party you are having and the venue, but to give you a guide:

Buffet, 1 server per 12 guests	allow £5.00 per head
Silver Service - 1 staff per 10 guests	allow £5.75 per head
Hire of crockery and cutlery	allow £5.50 per head
Table linen and napkins	allow £4.00 per head
